Sutter Health invites you to an in-person and online (remote participation) community outreach meeting on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 5:30-7 p.m. regarding the proposed development located at 2831 Mission College Boulevard (APN 104-16-120). The proposed development is a new 850,000-square-foot, 8-story hospital reaching approximately 185 feet in height. The 302-bed medical facility will support advanced healthcare services and includes a rooftop heliport for emergency transport and a central utility plant to serve the campus. The development also includes a new 8-story parking structure on the northwestern portion of the adjacent parcel (APN 104-16-121), providing approximately 1,397 parking spaces to support the hospital and the three existing buildings on the adjacent parcel.
